My philosophy

I have over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Planning Excellence roles. During my career, I have worked in one of the biggest corporations in pharmaceutical and beauty industry. During these years I was involved in many business and cultural transformations, helping to shape the future and leading toward it. I have become a passionate about continuous improvement and change management and at the same time I got familiarity with the digital opportunities for business.   

I was always a visioner type, who like to create and bring new perspective. I care about people in the organizations, and I am aware that apart from technology, human factor is a key to transform the organizations. This reflection brought me to create the brand Adopt the Change. Personally, it is a next chapter in my professional life and I feel empowered to leverage my experience to support the business to come through the technological changes, the moment, when the new tools are implemented, success is celebrated, but adoption to the change still requires some effort.

I really enjoy to design, prepare and facilitate the workshops to make them fit for the purpose. I enjoy helping others to come through the changes, achieve convergence in the team dynamic and make the transformation truly successful.
